We are a non-profit organisation

We make
apprenticeships happen

100% of our apprentices have gone into employment on completion of their training

We are a non-profit company, providing employment opportunities for vulnerable young people in Norfolk aged 16-24. We also support local businesses to offer short-term placements to enrich their workforce.

We employ and provide shared apprentices to Norfolk companies for fixed durations. The service is simple and flexible offering bespoke support to our Host Companies, thus enabling them to provide work place training and greater security to our apprentices so they can complete their training.

Do you have the need for additional resource in your company? An apprentice could be the answer.

If you don't want the employment responsibility but like the fact that you can simply pay an hourly rate to a non-profit organisation, a TrAC Apprenticeships Norfolk Shared Apprentice, placed with you could be the low risk answer.

We make apprenticeships happen.

Our focus is on ensuring apprenticeships are sustainable and that apprentices are fully employed for the full duration of their training. This allows companies in Norfolk have the opportunity to experience the benefits of employing an apprentice.

By working with companies in a range of different sectors, we piece together placements to support apprentices across the whole labour market. This provides opportunities for more apprentices to get the experience they need to achieve their apprenticeship qualifications.

An apprenticeship is a great way to start a career in most industries and we have a wide range of companies and apprenticeships to choose from.

We are a Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer.

In January 2017 at the National Apprenticeship Awards in London we were recognised as a Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer in England during 2016.

Since employing our first apprentice in December 2012, we have secured employment for 100% of all apprentices who have completed their apprenticeship training with us.

In November 2017 TrAC received the National award for Best Apprenticeship Programme in the Investing in Talent Awards.

Working together with our partners, we are making a difference. We can build the future by making a positive contribution to addressing the labour market’s skills shortage.

TrAC Apprenticeships Norfolk project is funded by Skills Deal, Norfolk County Council (NCC) and LIFT ESF funding.

TrAC Apprenticeships Norfolk is supported by Norfolk County Council and is working with its training provider framework, collaborating to provide the very best network of support to apprentices and the companies they work in.
